Refund policy
Our policy exchange allows for a 5 days window after receiving your item. If this time frame has lapsed, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a store credit or exchange.
In the event of a damaged item or an incorrect fit, kindly email us withing 48 hours of receiving the product at info@understated-eboutique.com. In your email, specify the reason for the exchange, the preferred size, or if you'd like a store credit for an alternative item. To facilitate your return, please ensure your order confirmation number is included in the subject line of your exchange request email.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused, in the original condition, unwashed, free from perfume or odors and must have the tag attached. Upon receiving your exchange item and confirming it meets these conditions, we will send a confirmation email. This email will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Upon receipt of this notification, you have 5 calendar days to ship the item back to us. While the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, no charges will be applied for the shipping of your replacement items.
We do not make refund money. Only you receive store credit. We can't not refund taxes or shipping charges and returns shipping the customer have to covered. To start a return, please contact us at info@understated-eboutique.com.
If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that Swimsuits, Accessories, Jewelry or Sunglasses, cannot be exchange at any time, We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
Store Credit/Discounts
Please be aware that cash refunds are not provided under any circumstance. All refunds will be issue in the form of a store credit or discount. Once we receive and inspect your exchange, meeting the specified conditions, you'll receive a confirmation email.
This email will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your store credit or discount will be processed withing 7 calendar days and sent to the email provided in your returns request. Store credits will match the original purchase price, and each credit will included a unique purchase code. You can enter this code at checkout to apply the applicable discount to your next order.
Sale Items
Regular-priced items are eligible for exchange or store credit. All sales on SALE/CLERANCE items are considered final.
Shipping
All shipping cost are non-refundable. For your convenience, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtain shipping insurance when returning items to us. While we strive to guarantee a smooth return process. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item, and Understated E Boutique will not be held responsible for any items lost during the return shipping.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
